Default Pergo floors

About a year ago, my wife and I had someone rip up the carpet and lay some Pergo flooring in one of our rooms. It looks good, but when you step on it, it feels like there is air underneath it. Now, I'm not sure if it was the Pergo brand name, but I know the panels had that same snap-together design. Does anyone know how to correct this?

I think I may have answered my own question. I just walked into that room and the floor now feels perfectly flat.

It's been hot for several months now here is Texas and it has finally started to cool down. I wonder if it was the heat that made it "bubble up" like that.
